At ZENVOUGE, customer satisfaction is important to us, and we perform strict quality checks before dispatching every order. This Return & Refund Policy explains when returns, exchanges, and refunds are eligible.
By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.
1. Return Eligibility Criteria
Returns, exchanges, or refund requests will be accepted only under the following conditions:

You received a damaged product

You received a stained or defective product

You received the wrong product
To qualify for return approval, the product must:

Be unused, unworn, and unwashed

Have all original tags attached

Be in original packaging

Show no signs of customer-caused damage
We do not accept returns for:

Dislike after purchase

Incorrect size ordered by customer

Minor color differences due to lighting/screen settings

Personal preference issues
2. Return Timeframe
All return or exchange requests must be raised within 72 hours of successful delivery.
Requests submitted after this timeframe may not be accepted.
3. Mandatory Unboxing Video Proof
To protect both customers and our business, a complete unboxing video is mandatory for any claim.
The video must meet all of these requirements:

Recording must start before opening the package

The sealed outer packaging must be clearly visible

Shipping label must be clearly shown
-
Entire unboxing must be recorded without cuts, pauses, or edits
-
Product, tags, and issue (damage/stain/wrong item) must be clearly visible
Claims submitted without valid video proof will be automatically rejected.
4. How to Request a Return / Claim

Name used while placing the order

Clear description of the issue

Complete unboxing video proof

5. Exchange Options
If your claim is approved, we may offer:

Replacement of the same product

Exchange for another size/product (subject to stock availability)

Refund
Exchange approval is subject to product availability.
6. Refund Process and Timing
Once your claim is reviewed and approved:

Refunds will be initiated to the original payment method, or

Alternative refund methods may be used where applicable
Refunds are typically processed within 3-4 business days.
Please note:

Banks/payment gateways may take additional time to reflect the refund

Shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us
7. Damaged / Defective / Wrong Product Handling
If you receive:

A damaged product

A stained or defective item
-
The wrong product
Please contact us immediately within the return window.
After verification of your proof, we will determine whether the request qualifies for:

Replacement

Exchange

Refund
Final approval for all claims remains solely with ZENVOUGE.
8. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless damaged or incorrect:

Sale or discounted items (unless otherwise stated)

Promotional/free gift items

Used or washed products
-
Products without original tags
-
Products returned in poor condition

Claims without valid unboxing video proof
9. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is approved due to our error (wrong/damaged/defective product):

Return shipping cost ₹150 may be minus from your original refund amount and delivery will be arranged through our courier partner.
If the return request is rejected or not due to our fault:

Any shipping or courier costs will be borne by the customer
